Refund policy
CARRY does not take ownership of any returned items purchased by the user unless CARRY receives the item. Items
purchased on our website are eligible for return only if the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing
defects. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with
tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at Create@carrytote.in. If your return is approved, we will provide you
with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to
us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Any defective or damaged goods received must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any communication
received after 48 hours of delivery will not qualify for return. CARRY has the sole discretion to determine if a refund
can be issued.
Cancellation Policy:
At CARRY, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to provide clarity and ensure a smooth process:
Cancellation of Ready-to-Ship Orders:
You can cancel ready-to-ship orders within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your ready-to-ship order, please
contact our customer support team immediately with your order details and reason for cancellation. Once an order has
been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation of Custom-Made Orders:
Custom-made orders are personalised products that are crafted specifically according to your requirements. For custom-
made orders, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, cancellation of
custom-made orders may not be possible as production may have already begun. To request a cancellation for a custom-
made order, please contact our customer support team immediately at Create@carrytote.in, providing your order
details and reason for cancellation. If your cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe, we will
assess the production stage of your order and determine if cancellation is feasible. If cancellation is possible, any
deposit or upfront payment made for the custom-made order may be subject to a partial or complete refund, as
determined by CARRY.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
If your cancellation request is approved. Refunds will be issued as following
For prepaid orders - If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
For cash on delivery orders - If approved, CODs are not eligible for return. they can only be exchanged.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take up to 8-10
business days to reflect in your account.
We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. It is your
